Cheesy Polenta

1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter
2 cups milk
1/4 cup cut into small chunks Gorgonzola Cheese
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup polenta
1/4 cup cut into small chunks Italian fontina cheese
 salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cups water
4 servings
45 minutes
30 minutes
15 minutes

Directions

1. in a medium saucepan, combine water, milk and butter. Bring to a boil.
2. gradually start to add the polenta.
3. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently (about 3 minutes) until tender.
4, remove from heat and add cheeses, salt and pepper.
The polenta will thicken as it cools.
