Grandma's Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
3/4 LBS spaghettisalt and pepper (to taste)
2 TBS Italian Seasoning
1/2 cup White Wine
12 oz. tomato paste
1 grated carrot
2 TBS olive oil
1 chopped large onion
1 1/2 LBS Lean Ground Round
22 oz (2 cans) Beef Broth or beef Boullion

Directions
1. in a large sauté pan add olive oil, onions and carrots and sauté until soft and onions are browned. Medium heat.
2. Add meat and Italian Spice and brown, breaking the meat up with a wooden spoon. This takes about 15 minutes.
3. Add white wine and sauté until reduced about 5 minutes.
4. Add tomato paste and stir.
5. Add beef broth and turn heat to a low simmer. Cover, stir occasionally. 30-40 minutes or until the sauce thickens and then beef broth reduces. Add salt and pepper as desired.
6. Boil a pot of water, add pasta and follow the package directions.
Add pasta to the Sauté pan and mix.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and Enjoy!
